A Geneva-based local taxi aggregator planned to develop a mobile application that would be convenient for both drivers and passengers. It was necessary to design the application in a way that drivers would spend less time accepting and completing orders, while also easily understanding the app’s functionality and seeing the bonuses offered by the company. On the other hand, the application needed to be simple and understandable for passengers from different cultures, as Geneva is a tourist and business hub with a constant influx of foreigners.
Solution
The app features advanced booking and location setting, making it easy to mark pick-up and drop-off points and schedule rides in advance, which is particularly useful during rush hours. The fare calculator and real-time delivery tracking provide users with the cab’s current location, estimated arrival time, and fare details, along with a mobile wallet option for cashless payments. Additionally, the driver rating review ensures a comfortable and informed ride experience.
