Our client is a German company specializing in passwordless B2B Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) that has created a solution, designed to enhance security for login dialogs, services, and network protocols within Microsoft Windows-based environments.

Our client needed to enhance their product, particularly referring to mobile authentication methods such as Face ID. They needed to improve system stability, address security vulnerabilities, and enhance the overall user experience. 

Additionally, our client aimed to raise awareness about their project among potential users, with a focus on enterprise-level workers.

Project Details

Client’s Goals

To swiftly boost the brand awareness of the client’s MFA solution, our five-person digital marketing team began with a thorough analysis of the competitive landscape, formulating a comprehensive marketing strategy. Based on this strategy, we worked on creating visual identity for the client’s product through marketing materials, developed a content strategy, and launched targeted advertising campaigns for outreach. 

Technical implementation

We worked on fixing bugs related to platform security, addressing various issues, including problems with Face ID, Touch ID, and the fingerprint scanner. We implemented measures such as iOS screenshot protection and phishing resistance options. To enhance the user experience, we upgraded offline login capabilities, push notifications, and introduced features like automatic account selection, as well as refinements to certificate management. We incorporated various UI enhancements. Our team focused on continuous code refactoring in the App Center and updated API targets to ensure compatibility with new iOS versions.
