JetSoftPro is a global software development company with over 300 employees in its network. Working with numerous new software developers every day, we required an automated onboarding system to provide a unique and interactive quest-like experience for new employees.
Business Challenge
We wanted to automate our onboarding process and develop an AI-based gamification solution to allow newcomers to learn about our software development firm’s culture and policies in an engaging way. Therefore, we aimed to develop a unique mobile application consisting of a range of interactive and gamified tasks, as well as offer a virtual depiction of JetSoftPro’s workspace.

Product Overview
Client’s Goals
JetQuest will guide new employees through a sequential set of interactive missions within a virtual rendition of JetSoftPros’ office. These missions will include challenges designed to familiarize them with the company’s policies and procedures, as well as to deepen their understanding of their role within the organization.
Special mood feature: users can choose to modify the weather within the app. By activating this feature, the weather in the virtual quests will reflect the real-time weather conditions at the office’s location. This adjustment will affect the visual effects, music, ambient sounds, and lighting, enhancing the overall immersive experience.
Technical implementation
Our software development team created the JetQuest project using Unity technology. Now, the JetQuest onboarding system is a feature within our corporate mobile application, MyJet. Users can access JetQuest through their profile page after updating the MyJet app. We are planning to release JetQuest as a standalone web application in the near future.
