Our client is a German car rental company, a licensed partner of AVIS.

Previously, the company had a significant number of non-integrated management systems delivered by different providers and internal developers, which made maintaining their business processes expensive. Therefore, our client needed to combine all old systems and create ​one unique software solution to manage all business processes.

Our team created a ​single-point orchestration, a central depository system that supports centralized fleet management and data-driven car disposition. ​We connected all old systems and built stable connections between parts of enterprise systems. ​
We also added the possibility of weekly prediction on car demand and logistic optimization.​
