Project Overview:

We are looking for a candidate who will be care for S&M and market strategy of finance product on UA Market, who will build a process of quality, fast and reliable product implementation, who will be able to apply innovative approaches and a creative approach to solving project tasks. The project is related to the development of the ERP financial system. The product is designed to make the difficult simple, to help Ukrainian business reach a qualitatively new level of financial and management development.


Customer Overview:

BJet team – developers of a modern integrated solution for company management. With BJet you see your income and expenses 24/7. The system automatically monitors contracts and payments and generates the received information in reports and dashboards.


Responsibilities:
  •  Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

Skills/Requirements:
  •  Work experience as a sales representative or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Experience with 1C System or other ERP
  • Experience in business communication
  • Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
