We felt a huge demand for new fresh and highly motivated engineers, that’s why we came up with the idea to create a learning center that will give ambitious young people an opportunity to gain the profession of the future.
JSP Summer Camp started with such directions:
We’ve got more than 40 applications, 14 of them joined our Summer Camp and successfully graduated. 65% joined our JSP family! That's how we began the journey.
We’ve decided to continue with our initiative and run the JSP Summer Camp again.

We’ve increased the members of applicants by almost twice. One of the main reasons behind this success in our learning agenda is that our curriculum allows students to combine their studies in university with courses in the training center without damaging their academic performance. The results we’ve achieved inspired us to strive to provide our students with better quality of education and run our Learning Camp twice a year in Summer and in Winter.
The pandemic year changed a bit the studying process as everything moved online and people who were never before thinking about IT professions felt a huge need in trying themselves in something way different from what they’ve been doing all their lives. Among applicants, we start seeing not only young students but also more and more professionals wanting to try themselves out of their field for an innovative experience.

Now some people who finished out Training Center in 2018 grew till middle/strong middle level and became mentors on some courses too.
As our course was gaining more and positive reviews, so we’ve started thinking not to run such courses only twice a year but instead have them occasionally depending on our company’s needs. The main idea behind the training center is not just giving knowledge - it's also providing you an opportunity for long-term work after successful graduation!
