Our client’s client companies initially used multiple software solutions simultaneously to control the work of contractors, accounting reporting, task progress tracking, and payments to hired specialists. This was inconvenient, and our client saw a business opportunity in it. JetSoftPro was tasked with providing software development services to develop a solution that would combine control and automation of all tasks related to hiring employees for short-term projects.
Solution
JetSoftPro created a platform that simplified work for both employers and contractors. On one hand, the employer manages and reviews the contractor’s performance and, consequently, pays for the work they have done, while on the other hand, the employee can review job requirements and report their work when completed.
This platform is a software solution that includes a customer management portal where users can review the execution process of work in real-time, comment, update, and accept it.

Technical implementation
POST is a mobile and web software solution developed by JetSoftPro for interface integration with subcontractors based on the CRM system Salesforce. This application consists of a web part, with the front-end built on Angular and the back-end utilizing Amazon services with the Amplify framework, along with JavaScript and Python. Additionally, POST includes a cross-platform mobile app developed using Xamarin. The primary goal of the product's development was to create a user-friendly interface for users integrated with Salesforce. Data for subcontractors previously registered in POST is sourced from Salesforce. The solution enables users to upload photos or videos to confirm completion of tasks, log time spent, and note any additional costs associated with the current assignment, then transmit this information to Salesforce.
